GOTUKOLA Supplement 250mg×60tablets by BARAKA. Gotukola (Centella asiatica) is a vegetable that people eat generally in Sri Lanka. It is a supplement made from a vegetable. It is recognized that Gotukola helps you maintain your memory.

Active Ingredient:

Each 250 mg capsule contains Gotukola (Centella asiatica) and Black Seed(Nigella sativa)

Storing Instructions:

Store below 25^oC. Keep container tightly closed, See pack for expiry date.

Recommended indications for use:

• Increase Blood Circulation + Increase Memory Power

Dosage:

Adults: 4 Capsules a day 2 in the morning after meals & 2 in the evening after meals. 

Children: 1-2 Capsules a day

Please consult your physician.

Contra Indications:

*Please stop taking it when it doesn’t suit you. *During pregnancy Baraka Gotukola should not be used without a Physician’s advice.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions:

There are no known adverse effects. Patient with a history of gastritis should take with a glass of water after meals.
